TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. PROMOTER
This Promotion is conducted by Woodlands Dairy (Pty) Ltd, Boog Street, Humansdorp, 6300, South Africa. Tel: 086 110 1560 ("the Promoter").

2. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion runs from 27 April 2026 to 21 June 2026.
The Promoter reserves the right to extend or curtail the Promotion period at its discretion.

3. ELIGIBILITY
Participants must:

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Be a South African citizen or legal resident
  • Be in possession of a valid South African ID

The following persons may not participate:

  • Employees, directors, agents and consultants of the Promoter and associated entities
  • Immediate family members and business partners of the above

4. HOW TO ENTER
Participants must follow the entry instructions outlined in each promotional post.
Participants must follow the relevant social media page to qualify.

Multiple entries are permitted where allowed, however:

  • Each entry must comply with the rules
  • A participant may only win one prize

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Winners will be selected using a random selection process.
Winners will be notified via Direct Message within 14 days of the draw date.

Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification. Failure to respond will result in disqualification and a new winner will be selected.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify all winners.

6. PRIZES
Prizes are as described in the promotional post.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value.

Any tax liability arising from acceptance of the prize will be the responsibility of the winner.

7. PRIZE DELIVERY
Prizes will be delivered via courier during business hours.

The winner must ensure all delivery details are correct.
The Promoter is not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect information. Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the winner, or any changes to the delivery address after dispatch, will be for the winner’s account.

Any defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Once delivered, risk passes to the winner.

8. UNCLAIMED PRIZES
If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to comply within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.

9. FRAUD AND DISQUALIFICATION
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Uses automated entries or bots
  • Manipulates engagement
  • Provides false information
  • Acts in a manner that undermines the integrity of the Promotion

10. DATA PROTECTION
Participants consent to the collection and processing of personal information for purposes of administering the Promotion.

Personal data will:

  • Be used only for the purposes of this Promotion
  • Be stored securely
  • Not be shared with third parties without consent
  • Be retained only as long as necessary for the Promotion

Participants may opt out of marketing communication at any time.

11. PUBLICITY AND CONTENT USAGE
By entering, participants grant the Promoter a non exclusive, royalty free licence to use submitted content and winner details for promotional purposes.

Participants may opt out of publicity by written request prior to the draw date.

12. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so under the Consumer Protection Act.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of a prize.

13. FORCE MAJEURE
The Promoter will not be liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control including natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.

14. GENERAL
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion at any time where necessary.

Participants are responsible for reviewing the Terms and Conditions for updates.

The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by any social media platform.

15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
