Ingredients:
- 125ml rolled oats
- 30ml First Choice Honey
- 80ml First Choice Vanilla Velvet
- 2ml vanilla extract
PISTACHIO CREAM
- 60g pistachio’s ground in a blender to form a paste together with 80ml yoghurt (or use 140ml pistachio butter)
- 15ml honey
TO SERVE
- Extra honey and pistachio nuts
Preparation method:
- To make the pistachio cream: Combine the pistachio and yoghurt mixture with the honey.
- Mix together the rolled oats, honey, velvet, vanilla and half of the pistachio cream. Spoon into two glasses and refrigerate overnight.
- Layer pistachio cream over the overnight oats. Sprinkle with crushed pistachios and serve immediately or cover and leave for a few hours before serving.
