Ingredients:

  • 125ml rolled oats
  • 30ml First Choice Honey
  • 80ml First Choice Vanilla Velvet
  • 2ml vanilla extract

PISTACHIO CREAM

  • 60g pistachio’s ground in a blender to form a paste together with 80ml yoghurt (or use 140ml pistachio butter)
  • 15ml honey

TO SERVE

  • Extra honey and pistachio nuts

Preparation method:

  1. To make the pistachio cream: Combine the pistachio and yoghurt mixture with the honey.
  2. Mix together the rolled oats, honey, velvet, vanilla and half of the pistachio cream. Spoon into two glasses and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Layer pistachio cream over the overnight oats. Sprinkle with crushed pistachios and serve immediately or cover and leave for a few hours before serving.
