Ingredients:
- 600ml First Choice Vanilla Velvet, chilled
- 1 packet store-bought brownies
- 150ml peanut butter, softened to almost runny
- 80ml First Choice Chocolate Dessert Topping
- Chopped peanuts and chocolates for garnish
Preparation method:
- Line a loaf tin very well with clingwrap or baking paper
- Whip the Velvet and pour into the tin. Swirl through the peanut butter and the chocolate sauce and place in freezer
for a few hours until frozen. - Top with the brownies and place back in freezer overnight
- Unmould, garnish with more chocolate sauce and chopped peanuts and chocolates.
