Ingredients:

  • 600ml First Choice Vanilla Velvet, chilled
  • 1 packet store-bought brownies
  • 150ml peanut butter, softened to almost runny
  • 80ml First Choice Chocolate Dessert Topping
  • Chopped peanuts and chocolates for garnish

Preparation method:

  1. Line a loaf tin very well with clingwrap or baking paper
  2. Whip the Velvet and pour into the tin. Swirl through the peanut butter and the chocolate sauce and place in freezer
    for a few hours until frozen.
  3. Top with the brownies and place back in freezer overnight
  4. Unmould, garnish with more chocolate sauce and chopped peanuts and chocolates.
