Ingredients:

  • First Choice Strawberry Velvet
  • 1 tray of ice cubes
  • Lemon
  • Strawberries, frozen (optional)
  • Strawberry liqueur (optional)
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Mint leaves
  • Jelly or sugar, for decoration

Preparation method:

  1. Slice the lemon and rub the rim of 4 glasses.
  2. Pour jelly powder onto a small plate and turn each glass upside down onto the jelly to decorate the rim.
  3. Crush the ice and fill the glasses with the crushed ice.
  4. Crush your frozen strawberries and add to the ice.
  5. Pour a shot of liqueur into each glass.
  6. Fill the glass with First Choice Strawberry Velvet.
  7. Garnish with mint, a straw (and some whipped cream if you’d like) and serve!
