Ingredients:

MARINADE

  • 50ml soy sauce 
  • 50ml FIRST CHOICE Honey
  • 15ml freshly grated ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 5ml freshly ground black pepper
  • 15ml sesame oil
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 10ml fish sauce
  • 1 red chilli, chopped 

PORK AND VEGETABLES

  • 400g pork fillet, cut into thin strips 
  • 15ml cornflour
  • 15ml oil
  • 300g broccoli (use tenderstem)
  • 1 red pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 yellow pepper 

TO SERVE

  • 80ml chopped spring onions 
  • 300g rice noodles, soaked in boiling water for 10 minutes, drained
  • Toasted sesame seeds for sprinkling
  • Fresh coriander for serving

Preparation method:

  1. Mix the pork and the cornflour together.
  2. Combine all the marinade ingredients together and mix well to combine.
  3. Add half of the oil in a hot frying pan and stir fry half of the pork until cooked and golden brown. Repeat with the rest of the meat. Season lightly.
  4. Add the rest of the oil to the pan and add the broccoli and red peppers. Cook whilst stirring until vegetables are tender.
  5. Add the meat and the marinade to the pan and toss well together.
  6. Spoon onto the noodles and sprinkle over the toasted sesame seeds and fresh coriander.
