Ingredients:
- 5 ml vanilla essence
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- 2 star anise
- 25 ml ground cardamom
- 25 ml ground ginger
- 3 cloves
- 3 peppercorns
- 25 ml ground all spice
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 rooibos teabags
- 2 lavender sprigs
- 250 ml First Choice Full Cream Milk a
- dash of First Choice Cream
- First Choice Vanilla Velvet optional
Preparation method:
- Place all the ingredients, excepting the First Choice Milk, cream and Velvet,
in a medium sized pot. - Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Fill 2 cups or glasses with Ice.
- Fill each cup halfway with First Choice Full Cream Milk.
- Add a dash of First Choice Cream or First Choice Vanilla Velvet for a more
luxurious drink. - Strain the tea into the cups and sprinkle with some lavender before
serving
