Ingredients:

  • 150g crushed digestive biscuits
  • 100g cranberries
  • 80g pecan nuts, chopped
  • 150g chocolate malt balls, chopped coarsely (keep some for garnishing)
  • 240g dark chocolate
  • 100g FIRST CHOICE Butter
  • 60ml FIRST CHOICE Chocolate Velvet
  • 60g FIRST CHOICE Honey
  • Melted chocolate drizzle for garnishing

Preparation method:

  1. Combine the digestive biscuits, cranberries, pecan nuts and most of the chopped chocolate malt balls together.
  2. Place the chocolate, butter and honey in a small saucepan and melt on very low heat. Cool for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the biscuit mixture to the cooled chocolate mixture and mix well. Spoon into a greased and lined baking tray. Optional: to drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with the rest of the chocolate malt balls.
  4. Place in fridge until cold and set.
  5. Cut into squares or slices and share with someone special!
  6. Store in the fridge
