Ingredients:
- 150g crushed digestive biscuits
- 100g cranberries
- 80g pecan nuts, chopped
- 150g chocolate malt balls, chopped coarsely (keep some for garnishing)
- 240g dark chocolate
- 100g FIRST CHOICE Butter
- 60ml FIRST CHOICE Chocolate Velvet
- 60g FIRST CHOICE Honey
- Melted chocolate drizzle for garnishing
Preparation method:
- Combine the digestive biscuits, cranberries, pecan nuts and most of the chopped chocolate malt balls together.
- Place the chocolate, butter and honey in a small saucepan and melt on very low heat. Cool for 10 minutes.
- Add the biscuit mixture to the cooled chocolate mixture and mix well. Spoon into a greased and lined baking tray. Optional: to drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with the rest of the chocolate malt balls.
- Place in fridge until cold and set.
- Cut into squares or slices and share with someone special!
- Store in the fridge
