Ingredients:

  • 500ml FIRST CHOICE vanilla velvet, chilled overnight
  • 200g FIRST CHOICE chocolate flavoured custard
  • mini marshmallows
  • sprinkles

Preparation method:

  1. Line a small loaf tin with baking paper.
  2. Whip the chilled vanilla velvet and pour it into the prepared loaf tin. Place in freezer overnight.
  3. Use an ice cream scoop to scoop 6 ice cream balls.
  4. Squeeze some of the chocolate custard into 2 pretty serving dishes, top with the ice cream balls. Squeeze over the rest of the chocolate custard and sprinkle over some mini marshmallows and sprinkles.
  5. Serve immediately.
