Ingredients:
- 500ml FIRST CHOICE vanilla velvet, chilled overnight
- 200g FIRST CHOICE chocolate flavoured custard
- mini marshmallows
- sprinkles
Preparation method:
- Line a small loaf tin with baking paper.
- Whip the chilled vanilla velvet and pour it into the prepared loaf tin. Place in freezer overnight.
- Use an ice cream scoop to scoop 6 ice cream balls.
- Squeeze some of the chocolate custard into 2 pretty serving dishes, top with the ice cream balls. Squeeze over the rest of the chocolate custard and sprinkle over some mini marshmallows and sprinkles.
- Serve immediately.
