Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp Biscoff spread (and some for drizzling on top)
- First Choice Vanilla Velvet ice-cream (to taste)
- 1 shot of espresso (30ml)
- 1 Biscoff cookie
Preparation method:
1. Make a shot of espresso and set aside.
2. Use 1 Tbsp of Biscoff spread to coat inside of the glass.
3. Add Vanilla Velvet ice cream to the glass.
4. Pour the espresso shot over the ice cream.
5. Top with a drizzle of melted Biscoff spread, some crushed Biscoff biscuits and a Biscoff biscuit on the side.
