Ingredients:
- 1 FIRST CHOICE Camembert round
- 15 ml olive oil
- 15 ml FIRST CHOICE Honey
- Fresh thyme
FOR SERVING
- Roasted pear quarters
- Melba toast
- FIRST CHOICE Honey
- Toasted walnuts
Preparation method:
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C
- Remove the wrapping from the cheese and return the cheese to its “wooden box” Place into a small serving pan or tin. Cut/score the cheese into cubes then drizzle with the olive oil and the honey.
- Scatter over some fresh thyme and bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown and melty.
- Serve immediately on a platter, scattered with the nuts, fresh thyme and serve with the roasted pear quarters and melba toast. Enjoy!
