Ingredients:

  • 1 FIRST CHOICE Camembert round
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 15 ml FIRST CHOICE Honey
  • Fresh thyme

FOR SERVING

  • Roasted pear quarters
  • Melba toast
  • FIRST CHOICE Honey
  • Toasted walnuts

Preparation method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C
  2. Remove the wrapping from the cheese and return the cheese to its “wooden box” Place into a small serving pan or tin. Cut/score the cheese into cubes then drizzle with the olive oil and the honey.
  3. Scatter over some fresh thyme and bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown and melty.
  4. Serve immediately on a platter, scattered with the nuts, fresh thyme and serve with the roasted pear quarters and melba toast. Enjoy!
